Devlog #1 — First Release & Project Introduction

Hi everyone!
This is the first official devlog for my new game — a tactical turn-based, story-driven project centered around religion, signs, and prophecy.

🎮 Core Concept

The game takes place in a world governed by an ancient religion where every action is dictated by signs—prophetic symbols that determine fate, morality, and even combat.

Your choices matter to the story.

🛡 Tactical Turn-Based Combat


  • Player turn & enemy turn

  • Selecting actions through sign commands

  • Simple status effects

The combat is not final yet, but it already reflects the theme:

📖 Story Preview

The first chapter introduces:

  • The protagonist (siea)

  • The discovery of the First Sign, a forbidden omen

  • A growing mystery around a vanished community

This chapter is short—around 10–20 minutes—but it sets the tone:
Mysterious, symbolic, and uncomfortable in the right ways.

🎨 Art Direction

I aimed for a stylized, symbolic visual style:

  • 2.5D Assets

  • High contrast lighting

  • Smooth, readable animations

The atmosphere is intentionally minimal but heavy.
